Our Team

Woody

Mascot & Greeter

Hunter’s Rest Woody has grown and matured but maintains his enthusiasm as the official Team Mascot. Woody continues to greet Team members and visitors alike as though each interaction is a new opportunity for fun and excitement. Now a seasoned duck hunter, Woody keeps an eye to the sky regardless of the time of year. Airplanes have become a keen interest although retrieving one might be a tall task!

Brad Harmon

President & Sales

Now the old dude that tends to enjoy tormenting the rest of the Team most days, Brad is an experienced industry professional and 2nd generation business owner. Like most small business owners, Brad is neurotic as Hell, yet very passionate. Having finally embraced the concept of being a servant leader rather than just a leader by example, he has suddenly discovered that there is life outside of work. He enjoys hunting, fishing, his Tarheels (’95) and hockey. LET’S GO CANES!!

Kristi

General Manager & Purchasing

The Ice Queen has little to say most days. Don’t think that she isn’t effective in keeping her brood in check though!

Brandon

Creative Director & Project Manager

Brandon is a seasoned Creative Director with nearly 15 years of experience in the signage industry. Throughout his career, he has developed a keen eye for creating visually appealing and effective signage that resonates with target audiences. Brandon’s expertise in design and branding has helped countless businesses elevate their visual identity and stand out in crowded markets. His creative vision and attention to detail have earned him a reputation as a leader in the industry, and he continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible in the world of signage design.

Jami

Inside Sales & Project Manager

The new girl on the block! Jami joined Syntech as a Project Manager at the beginning of 2023. As a mother of seven (yes, 7!), she brings her organizational and problem-solving skills to the table to benefit her clients as well as the entire Team.

Rachael

Production Manager

Rachael has been with the Team nearly a decade and has steadily worked her way to a leadership role as Production Manager. Rachael is an effective communicator and works daily with her Team to plan production strategies, ensure quality control, and maintain efficiency throughout the operation. In her regular life, she enjoys being outdoors and watching sports – GO CHIEFS!!!

Dylan

Graphic Designer

Periodical “Print God” who often wonders why we make signs. Having acquired three years of experience at Syntech, Dylan has adeptly navigated the nuances of Sign Design and refined his expertise to align with the age-old adage that "simplicity is the ultimate refinement."

Matt

Graphics Production & Graphic Design

No longer the new kid on the block, Matt is a man who wears many hats around the shop, including but not limited to pre-press, running the graphics department, design, and all other recognized forms of service. He enjoys spending his time outdoors, drawing, watching sports, and digital illustration.

James

Production

While somewhat new to the Team, James is the ultimate Jack of All Trades. Have a fabrication or installation challenge? James is the man with the plan. Yeah, he got game.

Chance

Production

The newest member to the Team, Chance views his apprenticeship to the industry as an opportunity for growth and general enlightenment. Chance recently moved to North Carolina from Kansas with his two young sons in tow. In his free time, Chance enjoys music and spending time entertaining his boys.
